Welcome to RollBase BJJ
Use this tracker to log moves, save sub-positions, track attempts and successes, and view IBJJF legality notes.
Where should i start? -Start by going to "My Profile", and filling in your details, this will unlock some features, such as Belt Display and IBJJF Legality Index
How do i log my moves? -First, log your move name in the box. Then, select if the move you're logging is a sub-position, and then select the position from the dropdown where this move is performed. Depending on the position selected, choose your supposed role in the position. Finally, put whether the move is gi + nogi or gi only and click "add move". Your moves will appear in the "move catalog" tab.
What now? -Now, after each roll or after a whole training, you go through the moves that you know and log how many times you attempted it/succeeded in doing it. You can also add descriptions, general information, and images to these moves you add, to make it easier to share with friends or to avoid forgetting how to do certain maneuvers.
What determines success/attempt? -A success counts as when, by attempting this move, you either win the fight or you obtain a better position. An attempt counts as when you attempt this move, and either end up in a neutral/worse position than before attempting it.
Dictionary:
Transition: A move that is performed from within another position. Log by selecting "transition" from the dropdown and selecting a move you have already logged.
Sub-Position: A move that is more like a position than a technique. Does not include success/attempt rates. Log by selecting "sub-position" in the move add form.
